Terms of Service

By accessing or using TRVL LAB, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

TRVL LAB is an AI-powered fitness app that helps travellers generate workouts based on photos of hotel gyms and available equipment. The app is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase, and features may change before public release.

Joining the waitlist collects your email address so we can send launch updates, early access information, and occasional product news. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account credentials with others.

You also agree not to use the app to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

TRVL LAB provides workout suggestions for general fitness and informational purposes. It is not a medical device, personal trainer, or healthcare provider. You should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant.

You use the workouts at your own risk. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

All content, branding, designs, code, and software in TRVL LAB are owned by TRVL LAB or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our permission. You keep ownership of any content you upload, but you give us a licence to use it to provide the service (for example, to generate your workout).

TRVL LAB is a paid subscription service available only as a monthly subscription. Every new user starts with the first 14 days free, after which the monthly subscription begins automatically unless cancelled. We do not offer a free version, ad-supported version, or any non-subscription way to use the app beyond the initial 14-day free trial. Pricing, billing, renewal, and refund terms will be shown clearly at the point of purchase and are subject to the payment platform's terms (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you cancel it through the payment platform you used to subscribe. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial. All payments are processed through the relevant app store or payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TRVL LAB if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, TRVL LAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

TRVL LAB is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

TRVL LAB is intended for users worldwide. By using the service, you acknowledge that local consumer protection laws in your country may also apply alongside these terms, and we will comply with applicable legal requirements in the regions where we operate.
